Our Cleveland studio produces a custom suite of glazes with soft, satin-matte surfaces. Each new color added to the collection goes through a rigorous phase of testing until the surface quality and color response are consistent enough for production. Formerly a trained painter, Chuck has put in countless hours developing nuanced colors within the glass; which is simultaneously a testament to his stubborn nature and command of the medium itself. The end result is a growing body of work that is unique enough to display proudly as art, and durable enough to enjoy in every moment.
